Overview
Quotes whose discount or margin falls outside your guard-rails wait here for an approver. Approving or rejecting is recorded on the quote.
When to use quote approvals
- A rep offers a large discount.
Step by step
In the Crm module open Pipeline in the green navigation bar, then choose Quote Approvals under Quotes & Pricing.

Permissions
These permission keys control access (granted to roles in Administration → Roles & Permissions):
- crm.quote.approve
- crm.quote.config
- crm.quote.convert
- crm.quote.create
- crm.quote.delete
- crm.quote.margin
- crm.quote.read
- crm.quote.send
- crm.quote.update
