Import Leads
Bring leads in from a spreadsheet.
Overview
Upload a CSV, map its columns to lead fields and import. Imported leads are checked for duplicates and picked up by your assignment rules.
When to use import leads
- You return from an event with a list.
- You migrate leads from another tool.
Step by step
In the Crm module open Pipeline in the green navigation bar, then choose Import Leads under Leads.

Permissions
These permission keys control access (granted to roles in Administration → Roles & Permissions):
