Rules

Build rules such as "average temperature above 90 for 10 minutes: alert and open a work order".

Overview

A rule is a condition tree (all, any, not) over sensor values with last, average, min, max, sum, count, rate and sustained functions, plus meters, silence, criticality, status, age, health, time of day and open work. Actions are alert, maintenance request, work order (de-duplicated against an open one), notification, set status or webhook. A cooldown prevents repeats, the firing log shows the inputs that triggered it, and Test does a dry run. Rules never run arbitrary code.

Rules in the Fixed Assets module.
