Overview

Designations are the titles employees hold, each with a description. They are used on employee records, job openings and offers.

When to use designation

You add a role.

Step by step

In the Hr module open Employees in the green navigation bar, then choose Designation under Setup.

What you see on the screen

Columns: DESIGNATION, DESCRIPTION, ACTIONS.
Actions on the screen: Xetuu HR, Add Designation, 🏢 Company, 📍 Branch, 🌳 Department, 🏷️ Designation, 👥 Employee Group, 🎖️ Employee Grade, ⚙️ Settings.

These permission keys control access (granted to roles in Administration → Roles & Permissions):
