Employee Grade
Pay and seniority bands.
Overview
A grade has a name and a minimum and maximum salary, giving a pay range for offers and reviews.
When to use employee grade
- You define salary bands.
Step by step
In the Hr module open Employees in the green navigation bar, then choose Employee Grade under Setup.

What you see on the screen
- Columns: GRADE, MIN SALARY, MAX SALARY, ACTIONS.
- Actions on the screen: Xetuu HR, Add Employee Grade, 🏢 Company, 📍 Branch, 🌳 Department, 🏷️ Designation, 👥 Employee Group, 🎖️ Employee Grade, ⚙️ Settings.

These permission keys control access (granted to roles in Administration → Roles & Permissions):
