Employees
The employee record: everything about a person in one place.
Overview
Each employee has a profile with job details, department, designation, grade and group, and links to their contract, leave, attendance and payslips. The org chart and every HR process draw from this one record.
When to use employees
- You hire someone and need their record.
- You look up who reports to whom.
Step by step
In the Hr module open Employees in the green navigation bar, then choose Employees under Employees.

Permissions
These permission keys control access (granted to roles in Administration → Roles & Permissions):
- hr.employee.create
- hr.employee.delete
- hr.employee.read
- hr.employee.salary
- hr.employee.update
- hr.employees.create
- hr.employees.read
- hr.employees.update
