Employee Group
Groups of employees treated alike.
Overview
Employee groups collect people who share a policy, such as shift workers or contractors, so leave, overtime and payroll rules can target them.
When to use employee group
- A set of people share rules.
Step by step
In the Hr module open Employees in the green navigation bar, then choose Employee Group under Setup.

What you see on the screen
- Columns: GROUP NAME, DESCRIPTION, ACTIONS.
- Actions on the screen: Xetuu HR, Add Employee Group, 🏢 Company, 📍 Branch, 🌳 Department, 🏷️ Designation, 👥 Employee Group, 🎖️ Employee Grade, ⚙️ Settings.

These permission keys control access (granted to roles in Administration → Roles & Permissions):
