Pay Frequencies
How often people are paid.
Overview
A pay frequency, such as monthly or weekly, sets the pay periods payroll runs on.
When to use pay frequencies
- Some staff are paid weekly.
Step by step
In the Hr module open Payroll Mgmt in the green navigation bar, then choose Pay Frequencies under Configuration.

What you see on the screen
- Actions on the screen: + Add Frequency.
Permissions
These permission keys control access (granted to roles in Administration → Roles & Permissions):
- hr.pay-frequencies.create
- hr.pay-frequencies.delete
- hr.pay-frequencies.read
- hr.pay-frequencies.update
