Allocations
Give an employee a number of days of a leave type for a year, and watch the used / remaining balance.
Overview
One confirmed allocation exists per employee, leave type and year. Used days are maintained by the leave workflow — they cannot be typed over on an existing allocation, and an allocation cannot be lowered below the days already used or encashed.
When to use allocations
- A new employee joins, a new leave year starts, or an extra entitlement is granted.
Prerequisites
