Manager Approvals
Leave requests waiting for a manager.
Overview
Managers approve or reject their team’s leave. Approved requests may continue to HR for final approval.
When to use manager approvals
- You manage a team.
Step by step
In the Hr module open Leave Mgmt in the green navigation bar, then choose Manager Approvals under Leave.

What you see on the screen
- Actions on the screen: Leave, HR Final Approvals 0.
Permissions
These permission keys control access (granted to roles in Administration → Roles & Permissions):
- hr.leave.approve
- hr.leave.create
- hr.leave.delete
- hr.leave.read
- hr.leave.update
