Encashment
Pay out unused leave.
Overview
A leave encashment request asks to convert unused leave into pay, subject to approval.
When to use encashment
- Someone leaves or sells back leave.
Step by step
In the Hr module open Leave Mgmt in the green navigation bar, then choose Encashment under Leave.

What you see on the screen
- Actions on the screen: Leave, New Encashment Request.
Permissions
These permission keys control access (granted to roles in Administration → Roles & Permissions):
- hr.leave.approve
- hr.leave.create
- hr.leave.delete
- hr.leave.read
- hr.leave.update
