Purchase Requests
Requests to buy something, with requester, department and estimated value.
Overview
A purchase request records a need before any order is placed. It shows the requester, department, status, request and needed-by dates, estimated value and number of lines. Approved requests convert to RFQs and orders.
This screen is the Accounting view of the Purchase module’s request workflow; the full documentation is under Purchase.
