Overview

Fleet records vehicles and drivers (with a behaviour score), fuel logs with km per litre and cost per km, tyres with unique positions and km run, trips, and one consolidated report of expiring licences, insurance and inspections. Fuel logs also write carbon entries.

• You manage a vehicle fleet.

Step by step

1. 1Open FleetIn Assets, open Verticals → Resources → Fleet.
2. 2Add vehicles and drivers
3. 3Log fuel, tyres and trips
4. 4Check expiries

Permissions

These permission keys control access (granted to roles in Administration → Roles & Permissions):

• assets.fleet.manage
• assets.vertical.read

Automation

• Changes on this screen are written to the asset audit trail and the asset timeline.
