IT Assets

Software licences with seats, and a compliance view.

Overview

Licence keys are masked. Seat assignment is capped inside a serialisable transaction so you cannot over-assign. The compliance view lists over-allocated, expiring and underused licences.

When to use it assets

• You manage software and hardware assets.

Step by step

1. 1Open IT AssetsIn Assets, open Verticals → Resources → IT Assets.
2. 2Add a licence
3. 3Assign seats

Permissions

These permission keys control access (granted to roles in Administration → Roles & Permissions):

• assets.it.manage
• assets.vertical.read

Automation

• Changes on this screen are written to the asset audit trail and the asset timeline.
