Asset Register

The single register of every asset: create assets, find them, change their status and open the one asset screen.

Overview

The register lists every asset with its number, name, class, status, criticality, serial and location. Search by number, name or serial; filter by status, class and criticality; include archived assets; save a filter as a view.

Opening an asset shows the one asset screen with tabs for Overview, Custom fields, Lifecycle, Finance, Maintenance, Reliability, AI, Parts & Warranty, Work Orders, Costs, Structure, Relationships, Documents, Timeline, QR & Passport, History, Status log and Audit trail. Assets are archived, never hard-deleted.
