Audit Trail
The append-only record of every change in Asset Management, with CSV export.
Overview
Every create, update, status change and approval is recorded with the user, time and before/after values. The trail cannot be edited. Export it to CSV for auditors.
When to use audit trail
- An auditor asks who changed an asset and when.

Permissions
These permission keys control access (granted to roles in Administration → Roles & Permissions):
- assets.audit.read
Automation
- Changes on this screen are written to the asset audit trail and the asset timeline.
