Record warranty cover and be reminded to claim when a covered failure happens.
Overview
A warranty has a type, a window, covered failure codes and a claim limit. When a corrective work order completes inside the window, a claim is recommended (or drafted automatically if that setting is on).
When to use warranties
- New equipment is under manufacturer or supplier warranty.
