Fiscal Positions
Tax and account mapping rules per customer region or status.
Overview
A fiscal position swaps taxes and accounts automatically for partners in a given situation, for example exempt customers or foreign buyers.
When to use fiscal positions
- Some customers are zero-rated or exempt.
Step by step
In the Accounting module open Configuration in the green navigation bar, then choose Fiscal Positions under Management.

Permissions
These permission keys control access (granted to roles in Administration → Roles & Permissions):
- financial.fiscal-positions.create
- financial.fiscal-positions.read
- financial.fiscal-positions.update
