Incoterms
The international trade terms printed on shipping documents.
Overview
Incoterms such as EXW, FOB and CIF state who pays for freight and bears risk. They are selected on documents for cross-border trade.
When to use incoterms
- You import or export goods.
Step by step
In the Accounting module open Configuration in the green navigation bar, then choose Incoterms under Invoicing.

Permissions
These permission keys control access (granted to roles in Administration → Roles & Permissions):
- financial.incoterms.create
- financial.incoterms.read
- financial.incoterms.update
