Features & Licensing

Switch Asset Management sub-features on or off per company.

Overview

Asset Management is licensed in sub-features. Core is always on; by default Core and Fixed Assets are enabled. Maintenance, safety, monitoring, reliability, AI and verticals are switched on here. A feature that is off hides its screens and refuses its API calls.

When to use features & licensing

• You are rolling the module out in stages.
• A company only needs the register and depreciation.

Step by step

1. 1Open Features & LicensingIn Assets, open Configuration → Platform → Features & Licensing.
2. 2Toggle features

Permissions

These permission keys control access (granted to roles in Administration → Roles & Permissions):

• assets.org.manage

Automation

• Changes on this screen are written to the asset audit trail and the asset timeline.
