Agencies
External recruitment agencies and their fees.
Overview
Each agency has a contact, fee percentage, and counts of candidates submitted and hired with the estimated fee and a submission link.
When to use agencies
- You use recruiters.
Step by step
In the Hr module open Recruitment in the green navigation bar, then choose Agencies under Setup.

What you see on the screen
- Columns: AGENCY, CONTACT, FEE %, SUBMITTED, HIRED, EST. FEE, SUBMISSION LINK, STATUS.
- Actions on the screen: New Agency.
