The state of your hiring at a glance.
Overview
The recruitment dashboard shows the funnel from applicants to hires, the active job openings with their applicants and status, and the upcoming interview schedule, with shortcuts to create requisitions and staffing plans.
When to use dashboard
- You run hiring.
Step by step
In the Hr module open Recruitment in the green navigation bar, then choose Dashboard under Hire.

What you see on the screen
- Columns: JOB ROLE, DEPT, APPLICANTS, STATUS, ACTIONS.
- Actions on the screen: Details, View Full Schedule, Staffing Plan, Job Requisition, Interview Type, Interview Round, Quick Requisition.
