Offers made to applicants.
Overview
A job offer links an applicant to a job opening and designation, with an offer date and status, and can be printed or sent.
When to use job offer
- You offer someone the job.
Step by step
In the Hr module open Recruitment in the green navigation bar, then choose Job Offer under Hire.

What you see on the screen
- Columns: Offer #, Applicant, Job Opening, Designation, Offer Date, Status, Actions.
- Actions on the screen: New Job Offer, Create one.
Permissions
These permission keys control access (granted to roles in Administration → Roles & Permissions):
- recruitment.offers.approve
- recruitment.offers.create
- recruitment.offers.read
- recruitment.offers.update
