Overview
A job profile pairs a designation with its criteria and interview rounds, so each opening for that role starts consistent.
When to use job profiles
- You hire for the same role often.
Step by step
In the Hr module open Recruitment in the green navigation bar, then choose Job Profiles under Plan & Open.

- Columns: PROFILE, DESIGNATION, CRITERIA, INTERVIEW ROUNDS.
