Interview types, such as phone screen or technical, are used when scheduling.
When to use interview type
- You standardise interviews.
Step by step
In the Hr module open Recruitment in the green navigation bar, then choose Interview Type under Setup.

Permissions
These permission keys control access (granted to roles in Administration → Roles & Permissions):
- recruitment.interview-types.create
- recruitment.interview-types.read
- recruitment.interview-types.update
