Overview
The recruitment assistant answers questions such as who the strongest candidates are, which items are delayed, how many applications you have and your time to hire.
When to use assistant
- You want a quick answer without building a report.
Step by step
In the Hr module open Recruitment in the green navigation bar, then choose Assistant under Insight.

What you see on the screen
- Actions on the screen: Show the strongest candidates, Which items are delayed?, How many applications do we have?, What is our time to hire?, Ask.
