Recruitment automation rules.
Overview
A rule says when something happens, under what condition, and what to do, and counts how many times it ran. Open the run log to see what fired.
When to use automation
- You automate acknowledgements or reminders.
Step by step
In the Hr module open Recruitment in the green navigation bar, then choose Automation under Setup.

What you see on the screen
- Columns: RULE, WHEN, IF, THEN, RUNS, STATUS.
- Actions on the screen: Show run log, New Rule.
