A request to hire, sent for approval.
Overview
A requisition asks to fill a position. It runs through the approval rules and, once approved, becomes a job opening.
When to use job requisition
- A manager needs a hire.
Step by step
In the Hr module open Recruitment in the green navigation bar, then choose Job Requisition under Plan & Open.

What you see on the screen
- Actions on the screen: Add Job Requisition.
Permissions
These permission keys control access (granted to roles in Administration → Roles & Permissions):
- recruitment.job-requisitions.approve
- recruitment.job-requisitions.create
- recruitment.job-requisitions.read
- recruitment.job-requisitions.update
