Staffing Plan
Planned hiring by department.
Overview
A staffing plan sets how many people each department intends to hire, so requisitions can be checked against the plan.
When to use staffing plan
- You budget headcount.
Step by step
In the Hr module open Recruitment in the green navigation bar, then choose Staffing Plan under Plan & Open.

What you see on the screen
- Actions on the screen: Add Staffing Plan.
Permissions
These permission keys control access (granted to roles in Administration → Roles & Permissions):
- recruitment.staffing-plans.approve
- recruitment.staffing-plans.create
- recruitment.staffing-plans.read
- recruitment.staffing-plans.update
