Interview rounds define the order of interviews a candidate goes through and are attached to job profiles.
When to use interview round
- You define the process.
Step by step
In the Hr module open Recruitment in the green navigation bar, then choose Interview Round under Setup.

What you see on the screen
- Actions on the screen: Add Interview Round.
Permissions
These permission keys control access (granted to roles in Administration → Roles & Permissions):
- recruitment.interview-rounds.create
- recruitment.interview-rounds.read
- recruitment.interview-rounds.update
