Overview
Recruitment Analytics shows each stage with counts and conversion from the previous stage and from the start, and by source the applications, those who passed screening, were interviewed, offered and hired, and the hire rate. Export to CSV.
When to use recruitment analytics
- You judge which sources work.
Step by step
In the Hr module open Recruitment in the green navigation bar, then choose Recruitment Analytics under Insight.

What you see on the screen
- Columns: STAGE, COUNT, FROM PREVIOUS, FROM START, SOURCE, APPLICATIONS, PASSED SCREENING, INTERVIEWED, OFFERED, HIRED, HIRE RATE.
- Actions on the screen: Export CSV, SOURCE, APPLICATIONS, PASSED SCREENING, INTERVIEWED, OFFERED, HIRED, HIRE RATE, Run now, Add.
